Omaha Real Estate Photography

Tim has been shooting real estate photography since 2012 and has grown an extensive portfolio of homes and condos alike. View exteriors, interiors, and whole-home real estate photography examples below!

When you choose Tim Perry Photography for your real estate photography needs, you’ll receive two sets of final photos: high-resolution HDR photos for print (house flyers, postcards, ads, etc.) and MLS-sized images for your website and MLS listing. All photos are in a storyboard fashion, meaning the photos are in order as they would be seen if a buyer were walking through the house.

Exterior Real Estate Photography

While we always strive to shoot in the best lighting and weather conditions, sometimes circumstances don’t allow and we do the best we can. Contact us today to discuss your specific needs and schedule a consultation.

Interior Real Estate Photography

View a sampling of our interior real estate photography. You’ll find examples of both staged and new construction homes and condos as well.

What is HDR photography?

HDR (high dynamic range) photography is the combination of a series of images with different exposures (typically dark, normal, and light) to give photography more depth. Tim Perry Photography uses HDR photography in its real estate photography – but ours is more vivid and natural-looking than others in the area.

See how HDR works – use the slider to the right to see the difference between our HDR photography and a “normal” exposed photograph. When the slider is at the left, the image displayed is straight out of the camera; when the slider is at the right, the image displayed is an HDR photograph!
