Omaha’s Blackstone District is HOT!

I was contacted by Green Slate Management about a comprehensive shoot of Omaha’s Blackstone District. Who would turn that down? Not me!

Blackstone Meatball

Blackstone Meatball has, well, meatballs! You can pick the type of meatballs you want and whether or not you want them on noodles (like risotto). They also offer sandwiches and have a meatball of the day. They change their selections for each season, too.

Ground Floor Guitar

Beneath Blackstone Meatball is Ground Floor Guitar. This local guitar shop is an independent music shop where you can buy your next guitar, sell your used ones, and get repairs. They also have space for you to rehearse with your band!

Coneflower Creamery

Coneflower Creamery has probably some of the most amazing ice cream I’ve ever had. It’s a quaint little shop with old school spoons, too!

The Blackstone Station

The Blackstone Station is across the street from Dante’s Pizza. The top level has apartments (complete with a cool courtyard), while the bottom level has businesses. It has a super cool ambiance at night, too.

The Blackstone Union

The Blackstone Union is a set of apartments by Nebraska Medicine. It’s a cool looking building with covered garages.
